Latest Green Smoothie experiment! Ginger and Mango!

I was at Costco yesterday and picked up a big container of Mango's. Last night, I was making one of my daily green smoothies and decided to get a little creative. Instead of adding the usual amount of water to my mix of greens (I'll put my recipe below) I decided to make some Ginger Tea and let it steep about 5 minutes before I began my smoothie. I added a peeled Mango to the blender and then the Ginger Tea. Holy cow! It had the most exotic and yummy flavor. And get this - I don't even really LIKE Mango's! I like the taste but I can't eat one raw - something about the weird consistency. This smoothie was DELICIOUS!!
(P.S. I'm actually NOT supposed to be eating any fruit at all right now because of the Candida diet - but I figure I can "slowly" ease my way into it. I've already eliminated lots of items with sugar!)

Here is the recipe I used:
2 Handfuls of fresh, raw Spinach
2 Leaves of Red Kale (or whatever other greens you want to throw in)
1/2 of a Peeled Cucumber
1 Peeled Fresh Mango
1 scoop of Rice Protein Powder
2 tbspn Multi-Vitamin Liquid
1 container of Greek Yogurt - Vanilla Honey flavor (I like to throw these in for an extra creamy texture - plus I get the protein and probiotic benefits!)
2 tbspn Calcium/Magnesium Liquid Formula
1 Digestive Enzyme (powder from 1 capsule)
1 tsp Omega 3 oil
Handful of Rasberries
1 cup of fresh Ginger Tea with Stevia
Blend well, then keep adding Ice until desired consistency.

Yum!!!  (You could also add an apple or banana or even an avocado to this and it would be very tasty! I was just out of those yesterday otherwise I probably would have added the avocado!)
